Makes one cocktail

  • 1 ounce Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
  • ½ ounce sweet vermouth
  • ½ ounce Campari
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • Garnish: apple slice

In a cocktail tin filled with ice, shake Coopers’ Craft, sweet vermouth, Campari, and cider. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with apple slice.
