1½ ounces Bluecoat Gin
¾ ounce Aperol
1/3 ounce Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
½ ounce grapefruit juice
Flamed orange peel, for garnish
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and finish with a flamed orange peel.
