Lap Cheong Pigs in a Blanket

    ingredients
  • 1½-2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 package lap cheong sausage (Chinese sausage available at Asian markets), cut into 2-inch pieces
steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cut puff pastry sheets into long skinny triangles. Starting with the larger end, roll sausage pieces in dough.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until puff pastry is golden brown.
