1½-2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 package lap cheong sausage (Chinese sausage available at Asian markets), cut into 2-inch pieces
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into long skinny triangles. Starting with the larger end, roll sausage pieces in dough.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until puff pastry is golden brown.
