  • ⅓ cup diced watermelon
  • ¼ ounce honey
  • 1 pod cardamom
  • 2 ounces Uncle Val’s Gin
  • Champagne (or bubbly of your choice)

This refreshing cocktail, inspired by both a Bellini and a French 75, is from Snackbar’s head bartender, Alex von Hardberger.

  1. Muddle watermelon with honey and cardamom.
  2. Add gin and shake with ice. Strain into a flute and top with your favorite bubbly (we use Prosecco).
