2 pounds fresh chilled crab meat
2 cups Ritz crackers, crumbled
½ large onion, finely chopped
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cups Duke’s Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon mustard
½ cup ketchup
6 eggs, beaten
10−12 crab shells

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, fold all ingredients except crab shells together. Stuff mixture into shells and bake for 30 minutes.
