Miss Billie’s Deviled Crab

    Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fresh chilled crab meat
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • ½ large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cups Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 10−12 crab shells

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, fold all ingredients except crab shells together. Stuff mixture into shells and bake for 30 minutes.
