Myrtle Edwards has been cooking at Sea View Inn for thirty-one years and she is “the” biscuit maker! Again, there is no set recipe as Myrtle makes her biscuits by sight and touch. One main difference in her technique is that she uses melted butter where most biscuits are made with cold pieces of butter. Myrtle’s biscuits are cut with an old fashioned juice glass by hand, baked, then brushed with butter when they come out of the oven.
