Pulled Pork Tacos

You don’t need a slow cooker for this one! Simply grab a skillet and brown the tortillas before warming the pulled pork and sauce. Place the meat on the flour or corn tortillas before throwing on your toppings. We recommend coleslaw, feta, avocado, and cilantro. Feel free to add more of the delicious sauce! Enjoy as an appetizer, for dinner, or at a party with friends and family. These pulled pork tacos are too delicious and easy not to make.

Serves 4

  • 4 flour or corn tortillas
  • ½ pound pulled pork
  • 3 tablespoons Central BBQ Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • 3 ounces coleslaw
  • Feta cheese, avocado and cilantro to top

Lightly brown tortillas in skillet, briefly warm pulled pork in skillet along with sauce. Layer each tortilla with pork, coleslaw, feta, avocado, and cilantro. Add extra sauce as desired.
