This pumpkin pisco sour adds autumnal essence with pumpkin-spiced vodka, balanced against citrus and bitters. Short on bitters? Grab a “Jack Pack” with Jack Rudy’s aromatic bitters, tonic syrup, grenadine, and a premium jigger.
1½ ounce Crop Organic Pumpkin Spiced Vodka
1 ounce BarSol Pisco
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1½ ounce pasteurized egg whites
1½ tablespoon simple syrup
1 dash Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
- Measure all ingredients (except Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters) into cocktail shaker. Fill cocktail shaker half way with ice, and shake ingredients vigorously for ten seconds.
- Strain into chilled martini glass, then garnish with 3 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters.
