Pumpkin Pisco Sour

Yield: 1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounce Crop Organic Pumpkin Spiced Vodka
  • 1 ounce BarSol Pisco
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1½ ounce pasteurized egg whites
  • 1½ tablespoon simple syrup
  • Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters
  1. Measure all ingredients (except Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters) into cocktail shaker. Fill cocktail shaker half way with ice, and shake ingredients vigorously for ten seconds.
  2. Strain into chilled martini glass, then garnish with 3 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters.
