With beauty and flavor, New Riff Distilling serves up a mocktail for the spring like no other. The best part is that you can add New Riff Bourbon or Kentucky Wild Gin. The spring season just got a whole lot better with this mocktail.
Makes 1 cocktail
5 to 10 drops butterfly pea flower extract
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Garnish: fresh mint and lemon peel
Add butterfly pea flower extract to bottom of a highball glass filled with ice. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, 1 ounce of water, and mint to a cocktail tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass and top with soda. (Optional: Add New Riff Bourbon or Kentucky Wild Gin.)
