1 cocktail

  • 1 ounce white agricole rum
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce Jack Rudy tonic syrup
  • ½ ounce Green Chartreuse
  • ¼ ounce 1:1 simple syrup
  • 2½ ounces Brüt sparkling wine or Champagne
  1. Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine with ice and strain into flute.
  2. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently. No garnish.
