1 ounce white agricole rum
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce Jack Rudy tonic syrup
½ ounce Green Chartreuse
¼ ounce 1:1 simple syrup
2½ ounces Brüt sparkling wine or Champagne
- Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine with ice and strain into flute.
