Salty Smoked S’mores Boulevardier

Makes one cocktail

  • Melted chocolate
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 marshmallow
  • For the cocktail:
  • 1½ ounces Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve Bourbon (100 Proof)
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • ½ ounce creme de cacao
  • 3 dash chocolate bitters
  • Pinch of sea salt
  1. Prepare the glass: Rim side of glass with melted chocolate and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Light marshmallow on fire, then cover with a rocks glass to extinguish flame and capture smoke.
  2. Make the cocktail: In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir ingredients together.
  3. Assemble: Strain cocktail into glass and top with smoked marshmallow.
