1 egg white
1 ½ ounces Dry Fly Washington Wheat Whiskey
4 dashes celery bitters
1 ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
lemon wheel and celery stalk for garnish
- Place ingredients in empty mixing glass and seal with mixing tin. Shake vigorously without ice. Strain into a double rocks glass or highball glass filled with ice.
- Grind two twists of peppercorn mélange into the drink. Garnish with lemon wheel and swizzle stick made of celery stick.
