Savory Whiskey Sour from Don Quarello of Waterworks

1 cocktail

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ ounces Dry Fly Washington Wheat Whiskey
  • 4 dashes celery bitters
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • Peppercorn mélange
  • lemon wheel and celery stalk for garnish
  1. Place ingredients in empty mixing glass and seal with mixing tin. Shake vigorously without ice. Strain into a double rocks glass or highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Grind two twists of peppercorn mélange into the drink. Garnish with lemon wheel and swizzle stick made of celery stick.
