Makes 1 cocktail
3 ounces Flying Fox rhubarb vermouth
3 ounces Mt. Defiance Pommeau cider
3 ounces Don Cicco Finnochitto
Garnish: seasonal herbs and fruit
In a Collins glass filled with ice, combine first three ingredient and top with ice-cold sparking water. Garnish with fresh herbs and fruit.
