Serves 6 to 8

  • 8 strawberries
  • 15 cucumber slices
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 6 ounces simple syrup
  • 6 ounces Bristow Gin
  • 1 bottle Provençal rosé

In a pitcher, muddle strawberries, cucumber, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add gin and rosé, fill with ice, and stir. Divide among wine glasses.
