    Ingredients
  • 2 ounces absinthe
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounces lime cordial
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Egg white
  • Pressed mint
  • Fresh mint leaf for garnish

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour in absinthe, lime juice, lime cordial, and simple syrup
  2. Add egg white and pressed mint, then shake to combine.
  3. Strain into rocks glass, top with club soda, garnish with mint leaf.
