10 mint leaves
1 ounce honey
½ ounce lime juice
1½ ounces verjus
Garnish: mint sprig dried (or fresh)
In a tall glass, add mint, salt, and honey; lightly muddle. Add lime juice, verjus, and crushed ice. Mix with a spoon, then top with lime wheel.
