Serves 18 to 20

    ingredients
  • 3 bottles Chic Cava sparkling rosé
  • 6 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 10½ ounces lemon juice
  • 6 ounces sugar
  • 6 ounces blackberry cinnamon syrup
  • Garnish: green apples and cinnamon sticks
steps
  1. Dissolve sugar and lemon juice in bowl.
  2. Stir in blackberry cinnamon syrup and Grand Marnier, and add chilled rosé last.
  3. Top with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
