1 cocktail

  • 1 ounce Bulleit Rye
  • 1 ounce Beefeater Gin
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • ½ ounces Lowndes Grove lemongrass simple syrup
  • 1 ounce Blenheim Hot Ginger Ale
  • Mint
  1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain over fresh ice into a glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
