one cocktail

  • 1 ounce strawberry-infused Paranubes Oaxacan Rum* (recipe follows)
  • 1 ounce Chareau Aloe Liquor
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds

  • *Alternately, muddle 1 strawberry in 1 ounce of rum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and double strain into a cordial glass or champagne flute to which pomegranate seeds have been added.

Strawberry-Infused Paranubes Oaxacan Rum

½ cup dehydrated strawberries

1 liter Paranubes Oaxacan Rum

Steep berries in rum for 24 hours and strain through cheesecloth-lined fine-mesh sieve.
