1 ounce strawberry-infused Paranubes Oaxacan Rum* (recipe follows)
1 ounce Chareau Aloe Liquor
1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Garnish: pomegranate seeds
*Alternately, muddle 1 strawberry in 1 ounce of rum
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and double strain into a cordial glass or champagne flute to which pomegranate seeds have been added.
Strawberry-Infused Paranubes Oaxacan Rum
½ cup dehydrated strawberries
1 liter Paranubes Oaxacan Rum
Steep berries in rum for 24 hours and strain through cheesecloth-lined fine-mesh sieve.
