Makes 1 pie
1 chocolate crumb crust
1 quart coffee ice cream
1 cup Griff’s Toffee, chopped
1 8-ounce container of whipped topping
- Soften the ice cream and stir in the Griff’s Toffee pieces, reserving a few pieces for garnish.
- Spread ice cream mixture into the pie crust and freeze until solid.
- Cover frozen ice cream with whipped topping and sprinkle remaining toffee pieces on top.
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
