1 ½ ounces Don Q Anejo tequila
¾ ounce of fresh lime Juice
¾ ounce of simple syrup (½ water and ½ sugar)
Splash of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Dash of grapefruit bitters

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Double strain the mixture into a Coupe glass that has been rinsed with St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram. Add a couple drops of grapefruit bitters to top.
