¼ cup canned truffle juice
1½ cups vodka
¼ cup dry vermouth
1 whole truffle (diced into 4 pieces)
- Pour the truffle juice, vodka, and vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
- Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
