Truffle Martini

4 martinis

  • ¼ cup canned truffle juice
  • 1½ cups vodka
  • ¼ cup dry vermouth
  • 1 whole truffle (diced into 4 pieces)
  1. Pour the truffle juice, vodka, and vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
  2. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with diced truffle and serve.
