Makes 1 cocktail
1 ounce tequila blanco
1 ounce gin
½ ounce velvet falernum
2 ounces watermelon puree
¾ ounce honey
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Garnish: Chopped watermelon rolled in chile-lime seasoning
- In a cocktail tin filled with ice, shake all ingredients, except garnish, together.
