Breezy’s Daiquiri 


2 ounces Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc

1 ounce lime juice

1 ounce simple syrup

8-10 dashes Angostura bitters

1 ounce Jean Velut Champagne

Lime peel for garnish

Brandied cherry for garnish


In a cocktail tin filled with ice, combine first four ingredients. Shake and strain into chilled coupe. Top with Jean Velut Champagne and garnish with lime peel and brandied cherry.
