Photo by Andrew Cebulka Serves1 Serving from Hallie Arnold Ingredients 1½ ounces aged gin1½ ounces white grapefruit shrub½ ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur1 bar spoon scotch Grapefruit Shrub5 grapefruits1 cup simple syrup½ cup champagne vinegar Directions Grapefruit Shrub Peel and juice grapefruits. In a large container combine all ingredients and let sit over night. Strain and enjoy. Should last 1 month refrigerated. Cocktail Assembly Combine all ingredients, shake, and serve on the rocks. Garnish with candied ginger.
