
Ingredients
4 cucumber slices, divided
1½ ounces vodka (the Lobby Bar uses Tito’s)
½ ounce absinthe, for rinse
¾ ounce basil simple syrup
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce St-Germain
½ ounce absinthe, for rinse
Directions
Muddle 3 of the cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail tin, then fill with ice. Add next four ingredients and shake well. Rinse a coupe glass with absinthe, discarding extra, then strain drink into coup. Garnish with remaining cucumber slice.
