Mr. Pumpkin


¾ oz. Oloroso Sherry 

¾ oz. Rittenhouse 100 Rye Whiskey

½ oz. Ron Abuelo Anejo Rum

¼ oz. Angostura Bitters 

2 dashes St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram

1 ea Whole Egg


Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Double train into a coupe and top with your favorite pumpkin ale. We use Weyerbacker Imperial Pumpkin Ale.
