1 Earl Grey tea bag
2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
¼ ounce homemade chamomile-ginger syrup
4−5 drops Bittermens Boston Bittahs
Lemon swath (strip of lemon peel)
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients, starting with tea bag for cold infusion. Add freshly cracked ice and stir. Strain into a chilled double old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with lemon swath: twist peel and drop in drink.
