  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
  • ounce homemade chamomile-ginger syrup
  • 4−5 drops Bittermens Boston Bittahs
  • Lemon swath (strip of lemon peel)

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients, starting with tea bag for cold infusion. Add freshly cracked ice and stir. Strain into a chilled double old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with lemon swath: twist peel and drop in drink.
