1½ ounces mezcal
½ ounce Cocchi Americano
½ ounce pineapple syrup
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
Lime juice and smoked salt for rimming glass
Garnish: lime wheel and pineapple leaf
*To up your salt-rim game: mix two parts lime-infused salt, two parts hickory-smoked salt, and one part white sugar.
