makes one cocktail

  • 1½ ounces mezcal
  • ½ ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ½ ounce pineapple syrup
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • Lime juice and smoked salt for rimming glass
  • Garnish: lime wheel and pineapple leaf

  • *To up your salt-rim game: mix two parts lime-infused salt, two parts hickory-smoked salt, and one part white sugar.


Shake first five ingredients for 30 seconds. Pour into a salt-rimmed rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with lime wheel and pineapple leaf.
