Makes one cocktail
Melted chocolate
Graham cracker crumbs
1 marshmallow
1½ ounces Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve Bourbon (100 Proof)
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
½ ounce creme de cacao
3 dash chocolate bitters
Pinch of sea salt

For the cocktail:

- Prepare the glass: Rim side of glass with melted chocolate and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Light marshmallow on fire, then cover with a rocks glass to extinguish flame and capture smoke.
- Make the cocktail: In a mixing glass filled with ice, stir ingredients together.
- Assemble: Strain cocktail into glass and top with smoked marshmallow.
