Thai Boxer


1½ ounces of aged rum, preferably Appleton Estate

1 ounce of lime juice

1 ounce of honey water
(honey that has been reduced in water on stove)

1 stalk of thyme

2 Thai basil leaves

2 ounces of light coconut milk

Ginger Beer


Put all contents together with crushed ice and shake hard for ten seconds, then empty contents into glass and top with ginger beer.
