1 Cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces of aged rum
  • preferably Appleton Estate
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 1 ounce of honey water (honey that has been reduced in water on stove)
  • 1 stalk of thyme
  • 2 Thai basil leaves
  • 2 ounces of light coconut milk
  • Ginger Beer

Put all contents together with crushed ice and shake hard for ten seconds, then empty contents into glass and top with ginger beer.
