Amelia Island Cookout 2025

The 3rd annual Amelia Island Cookout returns October 16–19, 2025, transforming the
island into a four-day celebration of food, drink, and Southern hospitality. Hosted by The
Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, this expanded festival will showcase more than 30
acclaimed chefs, pitmasters, mixologists, and culinary luminaries from across the
country. Guests can enjoy intimate dinners, spirited tastings, and epic cookout
experiences in unique island venues.

Thursday, October 16
- Cigars & Port at Ash Street Cigar Parlor, 7 p.m. – A refined evening pairing hand-rolled cigars with aged port.
- Wine Pairing Dinners at David’s and Burlingame in downtown Fernandina Beach, 7 p.m. – Multi-course menus matched with sommelier-selected wines.
Friday, October 17
- Champagne Pairing Class at Salt, The Ritz-Carlton, 2 p.m. – Chef Okan Kizilbayir and a guest sommelier lead a sparkling tasting.
- Trolley Beer Hop, 4–7 p.m. – Rolling tour featuring Mocama, First Love, and Amelia Island Brewing Co.

- Chef’s Theatre at Salt, 11 a.m. – Live demo with Chef Okan and special guests.
- The Main Event: Amelia Island Cookout at The OceanFront Lawn at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island 5–9 p.m. – A grand tasting with live music and signature dishes from Dean Max, Tank Jackson, Tony Biggs, Sharon Pinkhasov, Omar Collazo, David Echeverri, Chad Livingston, and chefs from St. Regis Buckhead, Ritz-Carlton Dallas, and Prime Kitchen, Grand Cayman.
Sunday, October 19
- Mystery Pop-Up Brunch, 11 a.m. – Location revealed 24 hours in advance for a surprise culinary adventure.
- Closing Dinners, 6 p.m.:
