Due South
Thursday, March 6

South of Charleston, nestled against the Atlantic Ocean, sits the Sea Islands—melting pots of global influence from as far east as Africa and as far south as the Caribbean. Much like the story of any region, it's best told through the lens of its food. Featuring ingredients and cooking techniques influenced by the African diaspora, the Sea Islands showcase a mingling of flavors to create a cuisine rooted in a sense of place. Whether it’s diving into a cauldron of Frogmore stew or eating fried conch and shark in a family member's backyard, these traditions are part of what makes the South so unique. Join an all-star lineup including master mixologist Shannon Mustipher and chefs Amethyst Ganaway, Janae Coaxum, and Tia Clark as they honor tradition, childhood memories, and the global influence of the Sea Islands through an epic seafood feast and cocktails.

Culinary Village: Friday
Friday, March 7

New flavors, same great taste. The Culinary Village is Charleston Wine + Food’s largest sampling experience and has long been the cornerstone of the festival. It showcases a taste of the festival itself—taking inspiration from our most sought-after events with engaging chef demos, delicious bites, beverage pairings, entertainment, immersive experiences, and more! The Culinary Village is a town that you wish existed. We’re excited to announce that in 2025, the Culinary Village will take place at Johnson Hagood Stadium. We can’t wait to bring our unique CHSWF flair to this new location.

High Tea with the Queens
Saturday, March 8

Ready to spill the tea, Queen? We’re shaking up the quintessential tea party at this seedy afternoon celebration led by a posse of drag artists serving as hostesses with the absolute most. This take on high tea is full of sass (and just a tiny bit of class). Complete with cheeky tea sandwiches, over-the-top desserts, boozy sips, great music, and a show-stopping performance, this event will leave you dancing with your pinky out!

Big Shrimpin'
Sunday, March 9

We are pretty “shellfish” about our seafood down here in the Lowcountry, but we are willing to share at this crustacean celebration. Crack some crabs, peel a few shrimp, or try a crawfish at this shockingly fun shindig. Chefs will be showing off their best seafood dishes, and ice-cold suds and bubs will be flowing with the Lowcountry waterways as the backdrop. What could be better?
