Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival
The annual festival is back to celebrate, showcase, and nurture Texas Hill Country culinary culture!
The revamped 2024 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is happening October 25th and 26th. The festival will feature over 75 local food and beverage purveyors. Alongside a staggering 45+ wineries, breweries and distilleries, nearly 30 of Texas’ most seasoned hospitality experts will come together in the historic Marktplatz to produce one of the state’s top food & beverage experiences, including hands-on culinary and beverage demo stages with award winning chefs and mixologists.
Highlights include the Augusta Vin's VIP Lounge, Heath Sparkling Wine Garden, and Joanna's Market by Signor Vineyards, offering exclusive wine tastings, unique dining experiences and shopping. The Texas Wine Auction's Grand Tasting Pavilion raises funds for local causes, while the Uncork Texas Wine Beverage Demo Stage and Culinary Demo Stage provide interactive sessions with top industry experts. The festival also features a Distillery District, Beer Garden, and El Quincho Asador Argentino, a wood-fired outdoor kitchen by the team behind Revel Kitchen + Catering.
Tickets for the festival are on sale now and include four badge tiers, with add-on experiences and additional festival features for purchase as well. The culinary demonstration stage and beverage demonstration stage will host add-on events that offer kitchen- and bar-savvy badge holders the opportunity to interact with and learn from Central Texas’ top leaders in hospitality in an intimate setting, including the soon-to-open Albert Hotel, Antonelli's Cheese, Dai Due and Becker Vineyards.
