Masters of the Flavor: Barbecue Showdown
Acclaimed chefs and pitmasters from Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama face off in a live-fire barbecue showdown. Enjoy bold tastings, cocktails, live music from Clay Walker and Channing Wilson, and celebrity judging before the evening concludes with awards and a spectacular Hill Country fireworks finale.
What to expect: Elevated food experiences paired with craft beverages, live music, and legendary hospitality: the very best of Texas, Oklahoma and Alabama barbecue enjoyed over the course of two full days at the spectacular Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
Throughout the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to meet SMOKE’s incredible lineup of chefs, enjoying intimate storytelling and collaborative tasting events. They’ll also be able to see pitmasters in action as they show off their tricks and techniques for achieving the most flavorful barbecue around.
While SMOKE’s programming (and bold flavors) are best suited for an adult audience, young barbecue enthusiasts are invited to Lil’ Pitmasters Camp on Friday. Designed for children ages 4–12, this supervised experience features dinner, crafts, games, and creative play. On Saturday, they can join the festivities alongside their parents.
