Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1½ ounce Cimmaron Blanco Tequila
  • ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ ounce Aperol
  • ¾ ounce Salted Watermelon Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces Ginger Beer
  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the tin is ice cold and the cocktail is well combined, at least 8-10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
