Bakehouse Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

These rich and velvety chocolate peanut butter cheesecake bars are the ultimate indulgence, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and impressing your guests. They’re also incredibly quick and simple to make.

    Crust
  • 20 ounces Oreo sandwich cookies
  • 6 ounces softened butter
  • Filling
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 21 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • Chocolate Topping
  • 10 ounces dark or milk chocolate
  • 5 ounces butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Oreos and butter in a food processor and process until fine crumbs. Press into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan.
  2. In a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter until blended. Spoon filling over crust and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  3. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt butter and chocolate. Pour over cooled cheesecake. Let set.
