For the cocktail:
3/4 ounce Bols Geneve
3/4 ounce amaro (Cure recommends Amaro Montenegro)
3/4 ounce Luxardo Bitter
3/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 simple syrup
14 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
1 cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin, shake, then double strain into a coupe glass. Grate cinnamon stick over top.
