2 ounces London dry gin
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce grade B maple syrup

- In a shaker tin, combine the gin, lime juice, and maple syrup.
- Remove metal spring from a Hawthorne strainer and add to tin. Dry shake ingredients.
- Remove spring from tin, add ice, and shake.
- Pour contents through a coco strainer into a rocks glass with a solid ice cube. Top with Cava.
