1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces London dry gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce grade B maple syrup
  • !Naveran Brut Cava
  1. In a shaker tin, combine the gin, lime juice, and maple syrup.
  2. Remove metal spring from a Hawthorne strainer and add to tin. Dry shake ingredients.
  3. Remove spring from tin, add ice, and shake.
  4. Pour contents through a coco strainer into a rocks glass with a solid ice cube. Top with Cava.
