One cocktail
1½ ounces apple brandy
1 ounce ginger beer (Fever Tree recommended)
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce grenadine
Candied ginger chips for garnish

- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, briefly shake first four ingredients.
- Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with a candied ginger chip on rim.
