One cocktail

  • 1½ ounces apple brandy
  • 1 ounce ginger beer (Fever Tree recommended)
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce grenadine
  • Candied ginger chips for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, briefly shake first four ingredients.
  2. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with a candied ginger chip on rim.
