This autumnal twist on the classic toddy combines apple cider with tea and Tennessee bourbon. This recipe from Blue Note Bourbon in Nashville recommends using their Crossroads, but any bourbon will also suffice.
2 ounces Blue Note Crossroads bourbon
2 ounces cedar-infused apple cider
2 ounces strongly brewed black tea
1/2 ounce honey
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine apple cider, tea, and honey, and heat through.
- Remove from heat. Add bourbon to rocks glass and top with cider-tea mixture. Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
