1 cocktail

  • 1 ½ ounces blanco tequila
  • ¾ ounces tawny port
  • ½ ounces benedictine
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ ounces Porter beer (I suggest Pecan Porter from 512 Brewery)
  • Grated nutmeg
  1. Shake all ingredients without ice (which is called a dry shake). Then add ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour into a rock glass and top with porter. Grate nutmeg on top and serve.
