1 ½ ounces blanco tequila
¾ ounces tawny port
½ ounces benedictine
1 egg white
1 ½ ounces Porter beer (I suggest Pecan Porter from 512 Brewery)
- Shake all ingredients without ice (which is called a dry shake). Then add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a rock glass and top with porter. Grate nutmeg on top and serve.
