1 pound cherries
pitted and left whole
1 cup sugar
5 cups bourbon

- Shake all three ingredients in a wide-mouth jar and put in a cool, dark place until around Christmas.
- Strain into a nice decanter and serve with Coca-Cola, over ice cream, or as an after-dinner liqueur.
