  • 8 cups all-natural ranch dressing (the chef uses his own housemade)
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch of cilantro (top of the bunch)
  • 4 ounces toasted pumpkin seeds
  1. Combine everything in blender and turn on high for 20 seconds.
  2. Pour into desired containers and refrigerate.
