1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces Martel VS Cognac
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • ¼ ounce bourbon vanilla tincture
  • Bourbon Vanilla Tincture
  • 4 ounces 100-proof or higher bourbon whiskey
  • 4 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 vanilla bean, halved and scraped
  1. Shake all ingredients minus the tincture and strain into an iced double old fashioned glass.
  2. Float the bourbon vanilla tincture on top and finish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Bourbon Vanilla Tincture

  1. Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight.
