1½ gallons of coleslaw
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup yellow mustard
½ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons celery seeds
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4½ pounds shredded cabbage
¼ pound shredded red cabbage
¼ pound julienned carrots
2 green bell peppers, small diced
½ yellow onion, minced

Slaw
steps
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing.
- Add cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green bell peppers, and onion. Mix until all ingredients coated with dressing.
