1½ gallons of coleslaw

  • 3 cups mayonnaise 
  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons celery seeds
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Slaw
  • 4½ pounds shredded cabbage
  • ¼ pound shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ pound julienned carrots
  • 2 green bell peppers, small diced
  • ½ yellow onion, minced
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing.
  2. Add cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green bell peppers, and onion. Mix until all ingredients coated with dressing.
